I have been a life-long customer of the pet-care industry. Through those many years, I've always felt...there's a better way to do this. Substitute Pet Parents was born. We design our care programs to your specification, with the goal of a calm pooch.

Substitute Pet Parents is a local, family company that is accountable only to our customers. If there's an issue, you will speak with the owner. The owner of our competition "_over" is a software devloper owned by a holding company housed in Seattle. They're unavailable & uninvested.

As pet parents ourselves. we understand and live our mission of "parent-level" care to the pets entrusted to us. We care that your pets are properly exercised, feel safe, nourished and wagging when they see us. "Parent level care" is about making your pet feel safe, loved and content in your abscence.

We follow our customer's care choices to provide minimal deviation from the normal schedule; Care choices, activities, etc. are always on-point, because they're directed by you! After your services are complete, we will send a quick recap.
